Washington: ‘UNWRA linked to Hamas‘

2024/01/28 - A note: I had not been aware of the earlier machinations on this that after doing more research, I address in my next article on this here: I'm reading the IMPACT-se / UN-Watch report.
This accusation that is at the heart of this I think is something I saw on a video at Youtube livestreamed - a UNRWA presser on Oct 16 by the UN at New York - the MSM press had info going around in secret it appeared, and several in their questions were intimating the Director of Communications for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, Juliette Touma (not in-country - Beirut?) was a terrorist, and that the UN presser in NY was itself a terror operation.
It seemed like a CIA psyop lead by an asset in the MSM press.

Deep dive on Israeli’s likely evidence
The UNRWA had huge community outreach as part of the health programming in the Gaza strip which was really needed because poverty - IDF must have traced the ID of some dead fighters or POWs from Oct 7th and matched it to a UNRWA lists of members, volunteers or even people who has short term paid programing jobs in which they would organize and run in their neighbourhoods, various community amenities, like volunteering or running programming at a libraries, food banks, community centres, 180 schools, health clinics, training centres ... as well as low skilled opportunities at community health clinics and hospitals).
Hamas members are also residents of Gaza - so if this is their evidence, it is very likely meaningless.
Note: as one, the Advanced (at the expense of the colonies) Economies immediately began defunding UNWRA,- just as disease horror begins to extrapolate. :/

I'm reading the IMPACT-se / UN-Watch report to check the varacity of the accusation level by Washington yesterday,
On Page 1 Introduction top of the second column the authors say, ".. UNRWA deliberately and systematically hires teachers who publicly praise Hitler, ..." --- so I examined the footnotes at the bottom of the page - there are no footnote numbers in the text - and the footnotes are number 1, 2, and 3 - but beside these are just a collection of pubic links they are not organized in a way that illuminates to what parts of the two columns above they relate to.
I dig in:
Footnote #1 --- Philippe Lazzarini, UNRWA Commissioner-General in defense of the agency asserts,
"Since 2018, UNRWA has faced growing attacks from politically motivated pressure groups on its education programme aiming at delegitimizing the Agency and erode the rights of Palestine refugees."
The next link in the line of semi-colon separated links, it is now apparent to the reader, is the first links' counterpoint. The link leads to an article in The Jerusalem Post from July 30 2020, reads the headline and a bi-line:
"New UNRWA head to 'Post': No glorifying terrorists in our schools
".. Philippe Lazzarini tells the ‘Post’ how he plans to keep incitement out of Palestinian curriculum."
So the report's first accusation - which asserts that UNWRA hires people who praise Hitler, and in the Introduction no less - is the cheap trick of turning an interloculars' statement affirming a policy - into a promise that going forward they will pursue such a policy - falsely intimating that they hadn't done so before ... Which if we read Philippe Lazzarini's full comments on this topic, reveals his agency is particularly sensitive to the issue as in the Levant, the forever Arab-Israeli is the struggle in this regard, of the friggin' century
The paper is written at a high school level and shames the people who bring it to the topic matter it claims to address.
